Warranty

Repair Ur Watch fully guarantees our work up to 1 year; however we are not responsible for failures unrelated to our original repair, or damages created by someone else working on the watch. When a watch becomes defective, Repair Ur Watch will repair the product at no charge, utilizing our replacement parts. If the customer wishes not to have the watch repaired we can issue a refund check. Receiving a refund check will require the customer to mail their watch in (at their expense) for an evaluation. If and only if our technicians confirm the defect was Repair Ur Watches fault, a full refund will be provided. Our 1-year warranty starts from the day we make the repair of the timepiece.

We are not responsible for damaged and/or lost watches while in the mail. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for our mailing agreement terms. Mailing your watch is safe and our track record has been 100%. We have never lost or have had a watch damaged in the mail. The repair or refund will be at Repair Ur Watches sole discretion. Repair Ur Watch’s warranty will not cover cases, parts, bands, crystals, winding and setting parts, or electric parts. Water damage is also not covered in this warranty unless the timepiece is pressure certified by Repair Ur Watch, in which the water damage will be covered under our 1year warranty. Gaskets in watches do deteriorate over time. To submit a warranty claim, customers must return the watch to our facility with a copy of our original repair invoice within the 1 year warranty period. You the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for a warranty repair.
